ORIENTATION
SESSIONS
All persons willing to become volunteers are encouraged to
attend one of our free weekly Orientation Sessions. Sessions
are held on Wednesday afternoons or evenings. Please see calendar
of dates below.
The
purpose of the Orientation Session is to:
1.
introduce new volunteers to the needs and expectations of
our non-profit organizations;
2. encourage volunteers to consider the
time and talents that they wish to share as volunteers;
3. review Bureau procedures in assisting
with volunteer placements;
4. access the numerous opportunities
available to volunteers.
