Health has established a central Patient
Care Quality Office to receive, record, track
and resolve complaints through Health Service Area
Patient Care Quality Officers. The Patient Care Quality
Officer is the liaison between patients, clients,
residents and Interior Health regarding concerns,

Okanagan Seniors Action Network is
a committee of seniors, service providers and others
who work to identify seniors’ needs and implement
solutions in our community. Action is the key work
here and seniors will form the majority of this committee.
If you are a senior, interested, and passionate about
working towards improving the lives of all seniors,
this is the group for you. Call
